Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer
Job Title: Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer
Location: A great location near public transport, in between Brixton, Loughborough Junction and Herne Hill.
Salary: £29,000–£32,000
Working Routine: Hybrid - Three days per week in office
About The Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, becoming an integral part of our small but dynamic creative team of two. You’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to our brand’s visual storytelling in a lively, collaborative setting.
Key Tasks
· Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce visual materials, including beer labels, packaging, social media content, venue/event Point of Sale, and merchandise designs.
· Support the design and production of graphics for special events, campaigns, and brand communications.
· Refresh and maintain website graphics and brand assets to ensure consistency.
· Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to produce designs that meet business and brand needs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
· 2+ years' experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a food or drinks brand.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Office programs (with a focus on PowerPoint).
· Experience with motion design.
· Strong layout and typography skills.
· Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
· Experience in preparing artwork for both print and digital formats.
· Experience liaising with branding and production agencies.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines independently and within a team.
· Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage workflow and stay motivated.
· Legal right to work in the UK.
Great to Have
· Digital photography skills.
· Interest in craft beer or local knowledge of the Brixton area.
· Experience within the hospitality industry.

TAPROOM SERVING STAFF – CASUAL/ FLEXIBLE PART-TIME
Start date: ASAP
Salary: London Living Wage (currently £13.85 p/h)
The Role:
We’re seeking experienced bar-staff interested in working in an energetic and friendly environment. It’s a casual role with flexible hours depending on our need and your availability. Main responsibilities are getting to know all about our beers and being able to serve people to a high standard, while also doing
light cleaning and service-related tasks, such as changing kegs, etc.
Key Duties:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who needs flexible working hours:
- Supporting the Taproom Manager/Supervisor in running the Taproom to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Brixton Brewery with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Getting to know the range of drinks on offer and serving them quickly and professionally
- Assisting in other tasks like clearing tables, making sure all areas are clean and hygienic
- Changing kegs and maintaining stock
- Helping with opening & closing of Taproom
- Working at events in the Taproom
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Service experience in a bar/restaurant
- Excellent service skills
- Ability to deal well with the public
- Attention to hygiene and cleanliness of the Taproom
- Available evenings & weekends
- Reliable and dependable
- Legal right to work in the UK
