Payment + Delivery
Once you’ve made your first payment, we’ll sort out the rest—future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month, and your beers will be dispatched within the next 5 working days and arrive at your door within 48 hours, ready for a proper cheers.
Is shipping included?
No hidden extras here - shipping is included in your subscription price.
Need to take a break or mix things up?
No worries—you can pause,cancel or update your subscription anytime through your online profile or the handy link in your welcome email.
Can I use a gift card?
Heads up:Gift cards can’t be used for subscription orders - we need an active payment card on file to keep your beer boxes flowing smoothly.
Terms + Conditions
1. Subscription Details
- Includes a 12-pack of Brixton beers per order.
- Frequency options: Monthly or Bi-monthly.
- Each box features a rotating mix of core and seasonal brews.
- Automatic billing aligns with the selected delivery frequency.
2. Exclusive Member Benefits
As a subscriber, you'll get:
- Special gifts and early access to new beer releases.
- 20% birthday discount – a birthday treat from Brixton.
- 10% off everything in the Brixton webshop.
3. Billing & Cancellation
- Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
- Subscribers must receive at least two boxes before cancellation or pausing is allowed.
- Cancellations after billing take effect next cycle.
- Manage your subscription via your account portal.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is limited to UK addresses.
- Shipments are sent in the first week of each month.
- Delivery times vary by location and stock.
- Report any issues (e.g. damage) within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
5. Discount Code Usage
The 10% discount code is:
- Personal and limited to 5 uses per calendar year.
- Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promos.
- Subject to cancellation if misused or shared.
6. Changes to Subscription or Benefits
- Brixton Brewery reserves the right to update benefits or pricing.
- All changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
