Our beer is hand-crafted in small batches, and we work hard to maintain our distinctive flavours consistent all the time. We are proud of ourselves for 100% Beer Happiness, but if something isn’t right with your order, our dedicated Customer Service team will be on hand to put it right! In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to make it right.
CHANGES BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact our Customer Service team (contacts above) Monday to Friday between 8:30 - 17:00. Please note the orders will usually be picked and packed by our warehouse team by 1pm.
RETURNS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS
Merchandise returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and complete with tags. Please note that your return must be unused, with original packaging and complete with tags. We do reserve the right to refuse a return if this is not the case.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number clearly in the subject line. Please let us know the reasons why you will be sending the item back.
- To return your item you will need to download, print and fill our Returns Form here. Enclose it with your order and send it to: Brixton Brewery Returns, Units 1 & 2 Dylan Road, Off Milkwood Road, London SE24 0HL
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable Goods (i.e. Beer)
- Gift vouchers
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days of receipt.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to follow our returns procedure above and then make a new order for your desired item.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods are faulty or broken, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at email@example.com with your name, order number, details of the product (name, batch #, BBE) and the problem. We require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
We will replace the goods or refund you in accordance with your legal rights.
If your delivery is clearly damaged when receiving it, you are entitled to refuse receipt of delivery. In this case, please inform the courier and they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us. We will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
