Lager muddled with a tang of ginger, orange, hibiscus and coriander with a fiery kick of heat from Scotch Bonnet peppers that plays beautifully against the citrus sharpness and mellow backbone. Served shaken or stirred, it’s a slow burn in the best way – bold, bright and a bit dangerous. Poetic, playful and edgy. Salt rim optional.
