BREWERS CHALLENGE - Sour Round
WINNER - Dan (The Sommelier)
Three of our brewers went head to head and this is the result, a winning sour.
Brewer Dan won Round 1 of our Brewer's Challenge with this sour inspired by the flavours of Indian sweet milky drinks. Layers of flavour come from roasted pistachios, almonds, cardamom and rose water, with lactose adding a creamy, silky texture, and Sabro hops bringing the coconut and citrus notes. Bit a Badam!

Delivery and returns
How much is delivery?
£5 anywhere we ship in the UK, free on orders of £50 or more.
When will it arrive?
Order before 2pm on a working day and it leaves us the same day. Mainland UK usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days.
Can I get it every month?
Yes. Subscribe and save 10% on a monthly delivery, or 7.5% every other month. No contract and no minimum, so skip, pause or cancel any time from your account. Subscribe + Save.
How long does it keep?
Nine months, though it is best drunk fresh. Store it cold in a fridge to lock the flavour in.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo to customer.services@brixtonbrewery.com and we will put it right.
