Brixton Brewery & Modernist Estates: Brixton Circular Walk

Join Stefi Orazi of Modernist Estates and Brixton Brewery for a tour of some of Brixton’s best modernist housing schemes.

Starting and ending at the Brixton Brewery Tap Room, this circular walk takes you south through Herne Hill and Tulse Hill before looping back to Brixton. The route highlights a range of modernist housing schemes, from ambitious megastructures to thoughtful low-rise developments and infill projects.

We’ll explore how these estates reflect post-war ideals of urban living and how they have evolved over time.

The price of a ticket includes a copy of the Brixton Circular walking guide to take home with you plus a pint of Brixton [or a soft drink] back at the taproom when we're finished. Please note there are strictly only 15 spaces available.
