People Pale Alcohol Free Beer brewed in partnership with Queenie author Candice Carty-Williams

We've launched People Pale, our first ever alcohol-free beer to celebrate the launch of renowned south London author Candice Carty-Williams' new novel

This collaboration between two south London icons (if we do say so ourselves!) brings together the worlds of literature and craft beer - celebrating a best seller’s new work with a brewery first.

This spring sees the release of Candice’s much anticipated follow up to Queenie, People Person. The book is a spellbinding tribute to south London and to the power and importance of human connections, so we've created a beer that can toast to both. Because Candice doesn't drink, we made sure that this was a beer she could still enjoy - our first ever alcohol free brew!

People Pale is packed with all the juicy flavour of a pale ale but none of the alcohol, so it’s perfect for your next book club, or anywhere you fancy a bev without the buzz. Each can features a QR code which links to a webpage where you can buy the much heralded book. And for those as into collectables as they are reading, there are five different versions of can design, each focusing on a different character from the book, with illustrations translated from the novel’s front cover.
